If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your diujindesu account. You can adjust your account preferences by logging into diujindesu and navigating to Settings → Account Preferences. From there, you can update your email, phone number, and notification settings. You can enable or disable push notifications, email alerts for withdrawals, and match updates for Liga 1 and other tournaments. If you wish to pause your account temporarily, contact our support team and request a temporary suspension — we will freeze your account for a period you specify, during which you cannot deposit or place bets. To permanently close your account, go to Settings → Account → Close Account and follow the prompts. If the payment was deducted from your account but did not appear on diujindesu, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number. For bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, delays can occur during banking cut-off hours or holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha — allow up to 24 hours for processing. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, contact support and we will escalate the request to our finance team for investigation.

For bank transfers via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, the review takes a few hours and the transfer is processed during the next available banking window — this may extend the total time to 24 hours depending on banking cut-off times. If your withdrawal is flagged for additional verification (for example, if the amount is unusually large or your account is new), we will contact you with specific requirements. Once approved, your withdrawal is processed to the same payment method you used for your deposit — this is a standard anti-fraud measure. Bonus offers on diujindesu vary by promotion and are subject to specific terms.
